The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 opened last week – a $90 million dollar timeshare project developed by Breckenridge Grand Vacations. It features 150 ski-in/ski-out condos at the base of Peak 8 in Breckenridge, Colorado.
Some stand-out features of this high-end luxury resort include a tavern and restaurant, spa, grotto, exercise room, arcade, four movie theaters, ice rink, retail shops, ski school a coffee shop and much more.
Company CEO and co-owner Mike Dudick believes they have built the nicest ski lodge in Colorado.
The Infinity Spa, Robbie’s Tavern and short-term lodging opportunities are all open to the public at the Grand Colorado located at the base of Peak 8 in Breckenridge.
Breckenridge Grand Vacations – A History
Breckenridge Grand Vacations, a fractional-real estate company has completed three major projects in Breckenridge; Gold Point Resort, Grand Timber Lodge and the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 — with the fourth, the Grand Colorado being completed in phases.
Once complete, Grand Colorado will also house a Vail Resorts ticket office, ski school, public restrooms and coffee shop which are set to be complete by fall 2019.
Sales for Breckenridge Grand Vacations are up approximately 10 percent in 2017 as compared to 2016, accounting to $62.5 million thus far.

Condominiums at the Grand Colorado range from plush single suites to extravagant, four-bedroom condos that can sleep up to 16 people. Every room comes with a large patio and a mountain view – no matter its size.
Much like traditional condo ownership, owners pay a regular HOA fee for the facilities and services of the Grand Colorado. Similarly, owners are welcome to use the Grand Colorado’s facilities outside of their purchased timeshares even if they aren’t staying at the residence!
