Bill’s Ranch is a highly desirable and unique subdivision located in Frisco, Colorado. During the Gold Rush there was a mix of ranchers and miners living in the area. Bill Thomas, a local rancher who owned a lot of the land which now makes up much of Frisco gave away free land to whomever wanted to build on it in the 1930’s. There were no specific lots drawn or laid out in any order – no roads or anything. People just picked a place to build and built on it! Thus, the Bill’s Ranch subdivision was born.

Today, Bill’s Ranch is made up of a mix of new and old! There are still some very quant original cabins as well as newly constructed larger homes. It has wonderful historic value and appeal. You can walk to everything the town of Frisco has to offer! The bike path even winds through some parts of the subdivision acting as a driveway to many homeowners living here.
