Carson Erard grew up in Birmingham, Michigan just outside Detroit, and received his B.A. in Marketing from Michigan State University in 2004. Carson’s real estate career began immediately following graduation as a Commercial Loan Officer in Grand Rapids, MI.
After visiting a friend from Michigan State who moved to Aspen there was no turning back. Carson decided on the flight home to pack up and move west, bound for Aspen. As luck would have it he ended up staying in Denver for the sunshine, great outdoors and his Masters in Real Estate from the University of Denver which he completed in 2009.
Shortly after graduating Carson decided to make his passion for the mountains a reality and has since spent his free time exploring the endless year round activities Summit County has to offer. When Carson is not helping his clientele navigate real estate, you will likely find him fly fishing the many rivers of Colorado, snowboarding, rooting on the DU Pioneer Hockey team or attempting to improve his golf game.
