Bryan Baker, the executive head chief at Ski Tip Lodge, was ecstatic as well as shocked by the esteemed results. “Just look at our geographical location and the restaurants we are being compared to. I thought to myself last year when I received the biggest award of my life, being top 100 in America, How can we go further? Well, another year of hard work, consistency and doing what I love and look, we went from being recognized nationally in the top 100 to being ranked in the top 10,” Baker told the Summit Daily.
The accomplishment was important to each member of the Ski Tip Lodge team as it reflected not only the fare and style, but also the cocktail and wine pairings, spectacular customer service and historical atmosphere. The rotating 4-course menu is modified daily so diners can return multiple nights and enjoy different entrees suitable for a range of palates. Reservations are required with two seatings to choose from, the first from 5:45 – 6:30 pm and the second from 8:00 pm – 8:45 pm.
