Oktoberfest in Breckenridge

The 21st annual Oktoberfest celebration is returning to Breckenridge this weekend and is the largest street party in the Rocky Mountains!  Traditional festivities will ensue to recreate the 200 year old celebration originating from Germany.  Don’t miss an assortment of brew vendors, Bavarian lederhosen dancing, German cuisine, beautiful fall weather and activities for the entire family!  Don’t leave the children at home, face painting stations, the 5k exercise run and additional German themed games are available to all age levels!

The festival will feature Paulaner’s traditional wiesn, marine and hefeweizen beers.  “The nice thing about Paulener is they bring that tradition,” said Rachel Zerowin, employee at the Breckenridge Tourism Office.  “They are one of only six breweries that serve beer at the Munich Oktoberfest.”

Don’t miss the exciting mountain festival in Breckenridge this weekend! Enjoy a safe weekend and remember to hydrate!
